Open Support Portal

Select Open Support Portal from the Support menu to access the StarQuest Support Portal, where you can submit questions, open and review tickets, or have an online chat with a support engineer.

Send Logs to StarQuest

To send logs to StarQuest support, choose a database and then select Send Logs to StarQuest from the Support menu:

The following dialog will appear:

You can choose whether to send logs for the selected agent only or for all agents. You can also save the logs to a local ZIP file for transmission to StarQuest through alternate means such as an email enclosure.

In most cases, the default settings are sufficient. However, if you wish to use a different FTP server or modify the credentials used for FTP, deselect the Default checkbox and enter the desired values:
